The security deposit is a set amount of money that the landlord takes from you as collateral for the structural integrity and cleanliness of the house. In other words, this money is set aside by the landlord to inspire tenants to take good care of their rental property, and if you don’t, it gives them the opportunity to recoup those losses.

Absolutely not! You will need to bring a photo ID, but there is no charge to view our model and/or vacant apartments and community amenities. We look forward to showing you around!

Our community staff is available during office hours to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. You can also email us anytime, and we’ll respond during office hours. All of our communities offer 24-hour emergency maintenance,as well–simply call the phone number you’re given when you move-in.

We love pets. So sometimes, yes, you may have a pet but you must have a prior written application for each and every pet.
